About me:
I’m Connor Batogowski, and if there’s one place that feels like home, it’s anywhere I get to work with kids or compete. I spend a lot of time at LifeTime Kids, where I help run programs, keep the energy high, and make sure every kid feels like they belong. Working with them has taught me how to be patient, how to lead, and how to make even the simplest moments fun. There’s something special about watching a kid try something new and realize they can actually do it.
Baseball has shaped a lot of who I am too. Playing varsity pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I learned how to own my mistakes, stay locked in when things get tough, and keep showing up even when the results aren’t perfect. Being part of a varsity team taught me how to hold myself accountable and how to bring out the best in the people around me.
And when I’m not on the field or working with kids, I’m in the gym. Lifting isn’t just a hobby for me — it’s where I reset, recharge, and push past whatever limits I thought I had. It’s a part of my routine that keeps me grounded and motivated.
Whether it’s coaching kids, grinding on the field, or improving in the weight room, I try to show up with the same mindset: work hard, stay positive, and keep getting better.
